Shipping Rates: We charge a fixed shipping fee which is automatically calculated and displayed at the Checkout page before you finalize your payment.
Delivery Process: We partner with reputable 3rd party courier services to ensure your wellness products reach you safely.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you may contact our support team for a tracking update.
Timeline: Deliveries typically take 2–3 working days within Colombo and 3–5 working days for outstation areas.
Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, our return process is designed to be simple and guided.
Initiating a Return: You must contact us via WhatsApp (+94 77 595 9595) within 7 days of receiving your package.
The Process: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with the details of the nearest courier hub where you can drop off the return package.
WhatsApp Guidance: A dedicated agent will guide you through the drop-off process and help you track the return until it reaches us.
Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
Refunds/Exchanges: Once the returned item is inspected at our central facility, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or arrange for a replacement product as per your preference.
